5 Years experience in total including 2 years working in the field of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery industries.

University degree. Excellent communication skill in English, and Arabic preferred, Knowledge in SAP application is a plus.

Ensure the receipt of Purchase Order at supplier’s end, routine follow up of open POs, expedite the delivery according to end user’s request, as well as receipt of material by warehouse, obtain required documents from suppliers for permission and clearance of material, prepare invoice statement and submit the same to accounts payable, filing of open and close POs, prepare various reports as per the request from immediate supervisor. Monitor the consignments, follow up for shipping documents and arrange to release the material from Sea / Air Port with the help of clearing agents.
