EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 15 years total experience with 8 years in the Petrochemical, oil and gas industries or refinery

QUALIFICATION :

* Civil Engineering Diploma or equivalent and holder of API 936 certification.
* Familiar with refinery facilities and its basic operations.
* Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, ACI, ASTM, process industrial practice and other international codes.
* Working knowledge in the inspection and testing of construction materials, Excavation, back filling & compaction, concreting, grouting, fire proofing and underground utilities.
* Refractory bricks and castables installation procedures and repair.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

* To provide technical support/ consultative assistance to various refinery departments related to civil and refractory discipline.
* Review and evaluate work method of statement, materials proposals, and Construction drawings submitted by contractors.
* Carry out daily inspection and monitoring of ongoing projects and maintenance repair works in order to provide quality assurance and quality control in the implementation of the refinery projects and maintenance repair works. * Performed comprehensive plant survey to assess the existing conditions of structures such as: equipment foundations, tank foundations, buildings, basins, roads, ditches, Fences, Fire proofing, Water proofing, steel platform, Pipe racks, pipe supports, Grouting, refractories, etc. to provide recommendations in order to initiate preventive maintenance and repair.
