Support Team in Shutdown Turnaround Organization Chart includes Quality Manager, safety Manager, Engineering and Procurement.
Quality Manager & there team has Non-routine activities such as post-repair inspections, x-rays, hydrotests, stress relieving jobs are done by QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors with the consist of Supervisor-PWHT, NDT Technician.
Safety Manager is Responsible for all safety measures that has to be considered throughout the shutdown project. Safety manager gives Permits & Routine preparation work to Safety Officer Who coordinate with Permit receiver, Man whole Watcher, Fire watcher.
Engineering and Procurement Manager who holds responsibility for Cost, Material Procurement, Equipment Coordination, Workshop, Tools & Store. As the major support team their team consist of Cost Engineer, E&P Equipment Coordinator, E&P Data Entry Operator and Controller, Workshop Engineer or Workshop Coordinator or Foreman or Machinist, all the materials used are controlled by the Material Controller.
Execution Team in Shutdown Turnaround Organization Chart includes Mechanical Maintenance manager, Site Super indent, Scheduling Engineering and the Technical Support.
Mechanical Maintenance Manager are responsible for both Critical Path & Critical mass jobs in the shutdown projects and they are involved with Static & Rotating Equipment engineers and Technicians, Bundle Puller Coordinator and operator, Catalyst Handling coordinator or Chemical cleaning Supervisor and Technician, Instrument Supervisor and Technicians.
Site-Superindent who assisted with Area Engineer for every section in shutdown projects instructs & monitors the Rigging Supervisor, Welding Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, Pipe Fitter, Hydro Jetter, Fabricators, Scaffolders for the major jobs to be completed by target date.
Planning & Scheduling Engineer coordinate with Management & Execution Team on shift schedule, Critical path, percentage work completed and getting feedback from Execution Team for Scope & Progress of additional work.
Technical Support team who works Day & Night to Support the Execution team by providing solution & resolving the Technical issues when the Critical Path & Critical mass jobs are done.
Document controller is appointed in every department to Lap books & update all the report & documents of these teams respectively.
