Minimum 15 years in planning job in a Refinery petrochemical plant. With experience in at least 3 Turnarounds.
Must be a qualified Mechanical Engineer or a multi-skill qualified technician with knowledge in Microsoft Office software and other planning software such as Primavera. Good communication skills both oral and written, and knowledgeable in MS office applications.
Under the supervision of Planning Supervisor, he is responsible in preparing job plans for SD/TA activities, material planning, manpower requirements, schedules, set work priorities; work estimates duration/costs and other preparations. Review job plans with Operations, Safety, Inspection and Maintenance Supervisors. He is also responsible in coordinating SD/TA works execution, scheduling, monitor progress or performance of the work during execution, resolve any issues affecting the works, forecast completion of the work and create reports. In-charge of maintaining worksheet files, execution and providing progress reports.
