SCHEDULER -SAUDI ARABIA
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 15 years’ experience as a clerk in a Oil & Gas or Refinery or Petrochemical Project.
QUALIFICATION :
Qualified from university degree
* Must have good computer skills in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint.
* Typing all type of business letters, excellent English language skills, prepare good presentation in MS PowerPoint.
* Should have a good knowledge for filling system & organize it as per supervisor requirements.
* Good knowledge in making PR in SAP.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Organize, doing maintenance scheduling activities, check new work request in SAP, update daily work schedule, prepare work schedule for coming week, enter work order history & man hours in SAP & close WO, generate PM work orders in SAP, Maintenance cost report, creating SAP data report, other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
