Minimum of 15 year experience involving Cathodic Protection (CP), corrosion monitoring systems, material selection & chemical corrosion inhibitors in Oil or Petrochemical Industry
Minimum B. S. Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Material Corrosion. Active member in NACE or other corrosion international institutes, report writing experience with strong attention to details, good investigation and failure analysis skills. Proficient in the use of all computer applications and write & speak English fluently
JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Knowledge and experience in the specific process chemistries, corrosion damage mechanisms, metallurgy, materials selection, corrosion mitigation methods and corrosion monitoring techniques.
* Provide technical support for inspection by clarifying potential damage mechanisms and specific locations where corrosion may occur (CMLs), to help define long-term and short-term corrosion rates and the corrosion rate that best reflects the current conditions
